Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert to help guests with friendly, efficient service on a fast-paced team. You will stock, sign, and price items, support back-up cashier duties, and ensure safety and cleanliness across shifts.

The role emphasizes guest experience, teamwork, and flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with training provided to build product knowledge and operational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in food or grocery is preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.
• Work independently and with a team; resolve questions quickly.
• Attention to detail; follow multi-step processes; stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End each guest interaction with a thank you and maintain a positive attitude.
