Job summary

Legends Global, operating the Boeing Center at Tech Port, seeks an experienced F&B Concessions Supervisor to lead concessions and catering for events. You will manage proposals, staff, and inventory, while ensuring exceptional client service and adherence to health standards.

The role requires collaboration with clients and venue teams during planning and execution of events. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in food service, is 21+, and holds TABC and Serve-Safe certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years in food service preferred.
• TABC and Serve-Safe certifications required.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concessions and catering event proposals and contracts.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls for concessions and catering.
• Supervise staff and coordinate on-site event operations.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and pass health inspections.
• Coordinate with clients and venue staff to meet event needs.
