Job summary

Legends Event Center is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our service locations and ensure quality, consistent products. The role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and requires the ability to manage cash handling and supervise staff in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior food industry experience, FCC? alcohol service experience per TABC, and be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

One year of customer service experience with general public preferred
Prior experience with food industry preferred
Experience with the sales and service of alcohol in accordance with the TABC preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
Food managerial license preferred

Responsibilities

Operate and supervise tasks at food & beverage locations
Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawer
Communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
Work with large groups in a fast-paced environment
Assist in labor and food cost management
Be detail oriented
Assist in training and development of team members
Clean dining and food & beverage areas; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers
Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas
Take and record the temperature of food to ensure proper temperature controls
