Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Food & Beverage Concessions Supervisor for Boeing Center at Tech Port in San Antonio. You will lead concessions and catering operations, coordinate menus, staffing, and equipment for events, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee proposals, budgeting, inventory, and POS activities, while maintaining compliance and high service standards. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• TABC and Serve-Safe certifications required.
• 1–3 years food service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience in management, catering, concessions and inventory control desired in arena/stadium settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems and menu planning is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of concessions/catering proposals and contracts.
• Plan menus, pricing, inventory, POS, and revenue streams.
• Coordinate with clients, staff, and contractors to fulfill event needs.
• Manage staff and temporary labor for events and concessions.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards meet local regulations and Legends Global guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain event costing, requests, and final billing.
• Operate integrated POS system, run reports, and settle sales.
• Assist with digital content for venue display systems.
