Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Category Management Project Intern for TikTok Shop - CA Operation in Los Angeles. You will support merchant acquisition, onboarding, and campaign execution, gaining hands-on experience in fast-paced e-commerce operations.

As an intern, you will contribute to data tracking, weekly reports, and cross-team collaboration while working five days per week, for at least six months. The program offers practical skills and exposure to leading brands.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for international e‑commerce.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with strong data analysis and logical thinking skills.
• Reliable and responsible, with strong learning ability and execution capability, and able to efficiently advance multiple tasks in parallel.
• Internship availability: Able to intern 5 days per week; candidates who can intern continuously for more than 6 months are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data and analytics support: Support operational analysis for merchant acquisition and incubation, including business data tracking, operating metric monitoring, and routine data analysis, helping the team identify opportunities and issues in merchant acquisition and incubation.
