Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Onboarding Intern in Los Angeles to support seller onboarding, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration within the US Operations team. You will gain hands-on experience in fast-paced e‑commerce operations and help grow GMV for merchants of all sizes.

You will assist with data tracking, WBRs, and cross-team initiatives while exploring a career in e-commerce at TikTok. This internship offers exposure to high-impact projects and collaboration with iconic brands

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business/marketing/economics/data analytics or related field.
• Interest in live streaming, e‑commerce, or collectibles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding of new sellers and track key performance metrics (GMV, conversion rate, AOV).
• Support category growth initiatives and seller acquisition strategies.
• Assist livestream operations and campaigns, including product launches and events.
• Organize Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Marketing to improve seller experience.
