Story Land in New Hampshire is seeking a Cook to prepare food items over hot equipment and keep the kitchen organized per management specifications. The role emphasizes timely, quality guest experiences and safety in food handling.

No formal education is required; 1+ year of culinary work is preferred. You must become a Food Handler Safety Certified within 90 days when required, and English fluency is expected (Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• Must become Food Handler Safety Certified (ServSafe or similar) or attain within 90 days if required by guidelines.
• English reading/writing/speaking required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage transactions to provide a positive experience.
• Open/close procedures for the Food & Beverage location as directed by supervisors.
• Set up and break down workstation and maintain cleanliness.
• Prepare food per menu specifications using fryers, grills, and ovens.
• Ensure food safety, portion control, and correct cooking temperatures.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and store/rotate stock properly.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest questions.
