Job summary

Fairmount Park, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Cashier to deliver fast, friendly service, assist guests with purchases, and accurately process payments via the point-of-sale system.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, must obtain an Illinois Gaming Board gaming license, and has six months of related experience. Open availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required, with a focus on maintaining a clean, organized cashier workstation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must have six months or more related experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn and efficiently operate food and beverage computer systems
• Assist guests with food and beverage purchases, process payments, and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately
• Set up and organize cashier workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials; and maintain the cleanliness of workstation at all times
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and company policy
• Perform other duties as assigned
