The Club at 12 Oaks is currently searching for potential Food & Beverage Captain as we continue our growth as one of the industry’s leading premier Country Clubs. The Food & Beverage Captain is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of wait staff engaged in providing courteous and rapid service to Members & Guests. Essential duties include:
Supervisory responsibilities: Direct supervision of approximately 20 employees, including training, performance appraisal, and resolving issues.
Qualifications: Experience in a country club setting required. Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent, or 6 months to 1-year related experience. Skills: Good communication, service techniques, attention to detail, and knowledge of POS systems. Mathematical and reasoning abilities are also necessary.
