Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking friendly, outgoing staff to deliver exceptional guest service in a bustling food and beverage environment within a bowling center and arcade.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, preparing items, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness while supporting opening/closing duties and inventory control. Applicants should have a HS diploma, 1–2 years in hospitality, and be willing to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in hospitality or retail preferred.
• Bartending experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS registers for food, drinks, and arcade when directed.
• Prepare food and beverages per company standards.
• Reset and bus seating; maintain cleanliness.
• Handle inventory and maintain proper fridge temperatures.
• Open/close cash tills and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with karaoke, billiards, and arcade payments as needed.
• Respond to customer requests with a friendly demeanor.
• Follow alcohol age restriction policies.
