Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is seeking a friendly, outgoing team member to join our Food and Beverage operation. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in a lively bowling/arcade environment, with responsibilities across bar and food service, POS operations, and daily setup/breakdown.

Applicants must be 21+ to serve alcohol and have a High School Diploma or GED; bartending experience is a plus but not required. Weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma and a minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment are required.
• Experience in a bowling establishment is preferred, but not required.
• Bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS register for food and drinks (includes bar register when directed).
• Prepares food and beverage items utilizing the policies and standards of the company.
• Resets and bus the food court seating area.
• Washes and dries dishes, glasses, and other cooking/food prep utensils.
• Conducts opening and closing procedures (opens and closes cash tills, kitchen cleaning, etc.).
• Manages food and beverage inventory by the store’s policies and procedures.
• Maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers.
• Manages plates, cups, and other utensil inventory by the store policies and procedures.
• Conducts restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of rags.
• Responds responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
• Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes.
• Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and lends out facility and equipment (Karaoke, billiards, darts, ping pong).
• Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and issues cards and credits for arcade (AM).
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Store Management.
