Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. seeks a friendly team member to deliver outstanding customer service in our food and beverage area within a bowling/karaoke arcade environment. You will handle POS transactions, prepare items, and assist guests with warmth and efficiency.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, inventory management, and ensuring safety and cleanliness while supporting other entertainment amenities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospitality or entertainment settings preferred.
• Ability to handle cash, operate a POS system and deliver friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS register for food and drinks and bar when directed.
• Prepares food and beverage items per company standards.
• Maintains cleanliness of the food court seating area and dining spaces.
• Manages inventory and ensures proper refrigeration temperatures.
• Opens/closes cash tills and performs closing procedures.
• Responds politely to customer requests with a friendly demeanor.
• Occasionally supports arcade, karaoke, bowling, and related activities.
