Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer service in a lively bowling/arcade environment. The role requires friendly, outgoing individuals with high standards for guest experience and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Must be 21+ to handle alcohol and have a High School diploma or GED. Experience in bartending is preferred but not required; responsibilities include POS operations, food and beverage prep, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• 21+ age required for alcohol handling.
• Open availability, especially night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS register for food and drinks.
• Prepare food and beverage items per company standards.
• Reset and bus seating in the food court area.
• Wash and dry dishes and utensils.
• Conduct opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Manage food and beverage inventory per store policies.
• Maintain proper refrigerator/freezer temperatures.
• Monitor inventory of plates, cups, and utensils.
• Perform restroom checks and laundry duties.
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service.
• Occasionally operate POS for arcade, karaoke, billiards, darts, and lanes.
