Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hospitality, administrative, finance, or operations experience; luxury hospitality experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
  • Experience with payroll, scheduling, purchasing, and hospitality systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with confidentiality.
  • Passion for hospitality and luxury service excellence.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Must pass a background check; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Audit employee timecards and prepare and ensure accurate weekly payroll.
  • Process purchase orders.
  • Serve in both administrative and operational capacities by providing scheduled floor coverage. Scheduling will be determined by department leadership.
  • Maintain departmental expense tracking and ensure accurate financial documentation.
  • Support scheduling, labor reporting, and productivity analysis.
  • Prepare sales mix reports and operational dashboards.
  • Analyze guest satisfaction scorecards and identify trends.
  • Coordinate menu edits, formatting, and printing.
  • Maintain training manuals and departmental documentation.
  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that reinforce luxury service standards and operational consistency.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities, interview scheduling, onboarding administration.
  • Provide administrative support for departmental training initiatives and special projects.

The Food & Beverage Administrative Supervisor serves as the administrative backbone of the Food & Beverage division, providing operational, financial, and organizational support that enables the department to perform at the highest level. This role partners closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to ensure administrative excellence, financial accuracy, labor accountability, and operational consistency across all dining venues.

In a luxury resort environment striving for Michelin-level culinary excellence and Forbes Five-Star service standards, this position plays a critical role in maintaining the systems, documentation, reporting, and processes that allow leaders and service teams to focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful Food & Beverage Administrative Supervisor is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized. They create structure behind the scenes that enables operational excellence on the floor. Through accurate reporting, disciplined administrative practices, and continuous process improvement, they help ensure the department consistently delivers the elevated service, culinary execution, and attention to detail expected of a world-class luxury resort.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of hospitality, administrative, finance, or operations experience; luxury hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with payroll, scheduling, purchasing, and hospitality management systems preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills with a high degree of confidentiality
  • Passion for hospitality, continuous improvement, and luxury service excellence
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certifications in Recreation, Hospitality, or Outdoor Leadership preferred
  • Must pass a background check
  • Valid driver’s license
