Job summary

Batory Foods is seeking a Production Operator for the Chicago, IL facility. Responsibilities include preparing and blending raw materials, operating mixers and extruders, and packaging finished products for shipment on 2nd shift (1:30am–10:00pm) or 3rd shift (9:30pm–6:00am).

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and forklift experience. OT may be required and PPE must be worn daily.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented and safety-conscious with ability to follow protocols.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Good attendance and reliable timekeeping.
• Effective verbal and written communication with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and blend raw materials and operate mixers and extruders.
• Move, load and unload materials manually and with pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Cut, trim, and package finished product for shipment; maintain logs/records.
