Job summary

DO & CO in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking a Food Assembly Helper to support airline catering and on-site service. You will assemble food items per airline specifications, set up trays, and maintain strict hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble food items including tray setup. Follow airline specifications which usually include tray setting for hot meals, cold meals, salad, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.
