Spanish Peaks Mountain Club in Big Sky, MT is seeking Skier Services Attendants to deliver outstanding service to our members and guests. This seasonal, full-time role supports the resort’s guest experience with gear assistance, check-in, and clear communication across programs.

• Two years’ working experience in ski resort hospitality is preferred.

• Assist members and guests with snowsports gear, both on and off snow.
• Set up boots and gear for members and guests.
• Greet members and guests and ensure that all Snowsports information and release forms are accurately filled completed.
• Post any appropriate charges associated with ski and snowboard activities.
• Communicate programs and activities and book corresponding reservations with resort staff and guests.
• Maintain relationships with past and future members and guests with pre- and post-visit correspondence.
• Performs additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties.

Skier Services Attendants are responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the department’s long-term goals and objectives, uphold Spanish Peaks Mountain Club’s Vision, Mission and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives.

• Providing services to assist members and guests with snowsports gear, both on and off snow.
