Job summary

InterContinental The Clement Monterey on Cannery Row is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily restaurant, bar, room service and banquet operations. You will mentor associates and help drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence in a luxury hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of leadership in F&B, strong communication and guest service skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of Food & Beverage leadership or hotel supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification and alcohol awareness certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage and Banquet operations
• Support and mentor restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet associates
• Ensure exceptional guest service and uphold luxury hospitality standards
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and associate development

We are seeking an energetic, service-focused, and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As part of the Food & Beverage leadership team, this position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Banquet departments while mentoring associates and helping drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team engagement.
