Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa is seeking a National Resort Sales Manager to lead group sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue for the resort. You will coordinate with catering and front office to ensure contract accuracy, deliver exceptional service, and report on sales performance.

The ideal candidate will bring hospitality experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to a dynamic resort environment on Fort Myers Beach.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Degree preferred in business, marketing, hotel/restaurants management or related field.
• 2 years hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure prompt and courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives.
• Solicit group business through action plan preparation and execution.
• Maintain accounts, contacts, activity, and business details in the software system.
• Collaborate with Catering and Front Office to finalize contracts.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
• Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs.
• Follow corporate and departmental policies and safety guidelines.
• Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices with written contracts.
• Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events within hotel and relevant organizations.
• Solicit, confirm, and coordinate Special Corporate and Group Sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and lead requests for groups.
• Align customer preferences with brand needs and upsell opportunities.
