Job description

Our guests can enjoy a casual meal in Tarpon House Restaurant or Courtside Steakhouse, have drinks and tapas either in Charley's Cabana Bar or Cove Pool Bar/Restaurant, or have a romantic sunset cruise in our Sanibel Harbour Princess Yacht. What you will be doing:

• Supervision of staff- train, schedule and meet the needs of the daily tasks.
• Ensures the associates have the tools needed to perform their job.
• Actively communicates with the back of the house for smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Reports any safety or health concerns.
• Assists guests with questions, concerns or needs.
• Assist with any area of the restaurant as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills verbal and written.

• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times.
