Restaurant at Thompson Dallas

The restaurants at the Thompson Dallas are energetic, high-energy, independent, and exquisitely appointed spaces. The dining rooms reflect the original design of our historic building, enhanced with modern touches to ignite our guests' senses. Our cuisine is from scratch, globally inspired yet reminiscent and occasionally classic. Our cocktails pay homage to the classics while also featuring fresh, innovative beverages for indoor or pool deck enjoyment.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Improve service by communicating effectively, assisting individuals in understanding guest needs, and providing guidance, feedback, and coaching when needed.
  2. Handle guest problems and complaints efficiently.
  3. Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with colleagues, ensuring the same within the team.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum of two years of bar or restaurant supervisory experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Strong knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine.
  • Ability to lift/carry weights up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Display professional conduct, sound judgment, high integrity, and a strong work ethic.
