Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Serve as a dynamic leader, fostering teamwork, morale, motivation, and open communication.
  • Establish credibility with integrity, acting in the best interests of the property and company.
  • Coach and develop employees, clearly articulating expectations and recognizing performance.
  • Improve departmental processes, policies, and procedures through continuous assessment.
  • Resolve conflicts effectively and demonstrate leadership in setting and inspiring a vision.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient, safe operations.
  • Implement customer service programs and recommend improvements to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain alignment with Caesars Entertainment Inc.'s ethics and values.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations in a food and beverage outlet, ensuring smooth functioning and appropriate stock levels.
  • Train, schedule, and monitor performance of staff, including those supervising collective bargaining units.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation standards, health codes, and customer service standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; advanced training or certification in F&B preferred.
  • At least two years of food and beverage experience, including one year in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of casino regulations and company policies.
