Skyland Ranch in Sevierville, TN is hiring a Food and Beverage Service Associate to welcome guests, prepare beverages and foods, and operate the POS system for orders.

The role requires friendly, fast-paced service, upselling, and maintaining cleanliness in a busy attraction environment with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Welcomes customers promptly with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Educates guests on menu items and products available.
• Prepares and sells hot and cold beverages by following prescribed recipes and techniques.
• Prepares and sells a variety of food items according to recipes and equipment.
• Stocks and presents items according to company standards.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment per health codes.
• Uses Point of Sale to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Participate in upsell strategies as directed by management.
• Follows service standards and current training throughout service.

Responsibilities

Sevier County’s newest attraction includes a chair lift, the area’s longest mountain coaster, food, shopping, mini-animals and more!

As a Food and Beverage Service Associate, you willprovide guests with assortments of baked goods, hot chocolate, coffees, drinks, and more! This is a fun and fast-paced position with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow with us. As a member of our team, you will create delicious treats while serving smiles and joy to our customers. You will also operate the easy-to-use cashier system to take food and beverage orders.
