Job summary

SkyLand Ranch's Rowdy's Smoky Mtn. SnowPark in Pigeon Forge seeks a friendly Cashier Attendant to greet guests, explain attractions and pricing, and process transactions using our POS system.

You will maintain a welcoming atmosphere, support upsell opportunities, and ensure accurate cash handling while following company policies. The park operates year-round with full-time, part-time, and seasonal roles and a commitment to a fun, safe guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers promptly with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Educates guests on all aspects of the attraction and options available.
• Participates in upsell strategies as directed by management.
• Operates the Point-of-Sale system and handles cash and other forms of payment efficiently.
• Displays knowledge of coupons, vouchers, and other ticket types.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Identifies and handles customer concerns and escalates to Management when necessary.
• Maintains a quick and efficient pace during transactions to ensure a great customer experience.

As a CashierAttendantyou will beour customers first impression of our company so you must exceed their expectations. You will greet every guest and educate them by explaining our attractions and pricing.Using our Point-of-Sale system, you will efficientlyprocessthecustomerstransaction followingappropriate company policies and procedures. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and agreat workenvironment for your fellow team members is a must.
