The Tapestry Collection by Hilton Riverfront New Bern, NC is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our fine dining and banquet operations. You will collaborate with the General Manager on staffing, ordering, and menu planning to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have hotel‑level F&B leadership experience, strong team development skills, and a passion for servant leadership in a hospitality setting.

The Tapestry Collection by Hilton Riverfront New Bern, NC is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager.

The Food and Beverage Manager oversees the sales, customer relations, staffing, and daily operations of our fine dining restaurant and our banquet operations. In this hospitality management position, reponsibilities include partnering with the General Manager, ordering, scheduling, and enusuring high guest satisfaction. The manager will also help with menu selection and planning, training, vendor management, coaching food service staff, and serving guests with a servant's hearts.
