Job summary

Peppa Pig Theme Park is seeking a Food and Beverage Host to deliver exceptional guest service across Admissions, Retail, Attractions, and Food and Beverage. You will greet guests, explain menu items, take orders, and maintain safety standards.

In this role you will aim to meet revenue goals through upselling while providing friendly, knowledgeable service and contributing to a positive park experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain menu offerings to guests and answer questions about food products.
• Take orders and handle payment at the point of sale.
• Prepare food and drinks.

What you'll bring to the team

Job Summary

The primary role is to provide excellent customer service to all guests entering the attraction by educating them about all the products the attraction has to offer through positive guest interactions. The host seeks exceptional guest interaction at every opportunity. The host can be assigned to various areas of the business: Admissions, Retail, Attractions, and Food and Beverage.
