Description:

REPORTS TO: FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER and STORE MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY: The Food and Beverage Associate handles routine food service duties, maintains the kitchen and utensils, and ensures cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties as assigned, working as part of a team with other food service workers.
• Keep all floor areas neat, including mopping and sweeping; additional cleaning may be required seasonally.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including washing tables, countertops, utensils, and equipment.
• Manage trash, including removal, breaking down cardboard, and cleaning trash cans.
• Complete daily food preparation tasks promptly.
• Assist in unloading or filling shipments of food and supplies.
• Organize the kitchen for efficient cooking, including proper placement of pans and utensils.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
