Job Description

Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager and Store Manager

Summary: The Food and Beverage Associate is responsible for fulfilling routine food service duties in the kitchen as directed by the Food Service Director, Food and Beverage Manager, or Operations Manager. They maintain the kitchen, utensils, and ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as assigned, working as part of a team with other food service workers.
• Keep all floor areas neat, including mopping and sweeping as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including washing tables, countertops, utensils, and equipment.
• Manage trash, including removal, breaking down cardboard, and cleaning trash cans.
• Complete food preparation tasks daily and in a timely manner.
• Assist in unloading or filling shipments of food and supplies.
• Keep the kitchen organized, including proper placement of pans, pots, and utensils.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
