Job Description

Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager and Store Manager

Summary: The Food and Beverage Associate is responsible for routine food service duties in the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and utensils, and ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.

Responsibilities

1. Perform duties as assigned, working as part of a team with other food service workers.
2. Keep all floor areas neat, including mopping and sweeping as needed.
3. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including washing tables, countertops, utensils, and equipment.
4. Manage trash disposal, including breaking down cardboard and cleaning trash cans.
5. Replace trash bags and ensure trash area is clean.
6. Complete food preparation tasks promptly and daily.
7. Assist in unloading or filling shipments of food and supplies.
8. Organize kitchen area for efficient cooking.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
