We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Breakfast Associate to join our team at The Woodlands Inn & Resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, ensuring a high-quality breakfast experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area. Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with their breakfast needs.
• Food Preparation & Presentation: Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Ensure the breakfast area, tables, and buffet stations are clean, organized, and properly sanitized at all times.
• Inventory & Restocking: Monitor food supplies, replenish stock as needed, and notify management of any shortages.
• Compliance: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the kitchen and food service team to maintain smooth breakfast operations.
• Guest Feedback: Address any guest inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (training provided).
• Ability to lift and carry food trays and supplies as needed.
