Job summary

CCL Label-Raleigh is seeking a Folder Technician to operate and maintain folder equipment across multiple stations, ensuring precise folds and glue-the-unit sealing. You will read job jackets, follow GMP and 6S procedures, and train coworkers as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, good measurement skills, and the ability to manage several machines safely. This is a full-time, in-person position with daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of printing production.
• High School Diploma.
• Folder Technician background is preferred.
• Background with folding and gluing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain folders across stations and units.
• Set up fold plates, water/ hard scores, roller tension and glue heads.
• Troubleshoot to customer tolerances and inspect finished units.
• Fill out GMP paperwork and ensure proper job charging and quality forms.
• Read and implement job jacket information and customer specs.
• Maintain safety, 6S, and cGMP requirements; train coworkers as needed.
