Job summary

Dezign Concepts LLC is seeking an experienced FOIA / Privacy Act Analyst to support the review and release of classified and sensitive information in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), EO 13526, and IC policies. The ideal candidate brings strong case-processing experience and exceptional attention to detail.

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required, with 5+ years of relevant experience (or 9+ years without a degree).

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
Experience supporting FOIA, Privacy Act, MDR/ADR case processing and drafting correspondence.
Strong written communication and attention to detail.
Proficiency with case management tools; familiarity with IC/ODNI systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Respond to requests for release of classified/sensitive information under FOIA and Privacy Act.
Process complex cases including FOIA litigation and appeals with exemptions in mind.
Conduct MDR and ADR in accordance with EO 13526.
Coordinate searches, document collection, and interactions across IC components and agencies.
Ensure case documentation accurately reflects actions and deadlines.
