Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Information Review and Release Analyst to thoroughly research document substance, perform first-level redactions, and support the release process under EO 13526, FOIA, and PA. The candidate will justify redactions, document decisions, and coordinate with agencies as needed.

Required is 6–10 years of IC information security/classification experience and an active security clearance; strong analytical and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in information security and classification.
• Experience reviewing and redacting classified information as a SAR program member.
• Active security clearance is required.
• Familiar with FOIA, PA, EO requirements (E.O. 13526).
• Strong analytical and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Research the substance and context of select documents and perform first-level review of classified information.
• Apply redactions electronically or manually based on EO 13526, FOIA, and PA criteria.
• Provide rationale for redactions and recommendations for release; record decisions in the appropriate system.
• Identify OGA equities and coordinate/referral as needed; ensure consistency with prior release decisions.
