Job summary

Strativia is seeking a FOIA Systems Analyst to support business-process analysis, requirements development, and modernization initiatives within a federal enterprise environment. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure systems meet operational needs.

Responsibilities include interviewing stakeholders, documenting requirements, modeling processes with Visio, and supporting FOIA case-management systems through SDLC and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of relevant experience.
• Current Business Analysis certification such as CBAP/CCBA/PMI-PBA.
• Experience with requirements management, business-process modeling, and workflow analysis.
• Experience supporting FOIA case-management systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT modernization or business transformation.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and fact-finding sessions with stakeholders.
• Identify, document, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Develop business-process models, workflow diagrams, use cases, and process-flow documentation.
• Use Microsoft Visio to document business processes.
• Assess current processes and identify gaps and automation opportunities.
• Recommend modernization and process improvements.
• Analyze FOIA processes and supporting systems.
• Support FOIA case-management system implementation and testing.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical teams.
• Validate that solutions meet business requirements.
• Support projects using SDLC and Agile practices.
• Prepare status reports and analytical products for stakeholders.
