CRISP & GREEN is seeking a talented Team Lead to manage Front of House operations in Minnesota. You will train and develop FOH teams, uphold our crisp standards for food safety and quality, and mentor staff to emulate our service excellence.

As a vital leader, you will coach, inspire, and build a positive guest experience, while supporting recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing staff development. This is a full-time, front-of-house leadership position at CRISP & GREEN.

Qualifications

• Prior management or supervisory experience.
• 2 years customer service experience.
• Passion for living a healthy life.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front of house operations.
• Foster a welcoming guest atmosphere and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with recruitment and staffing needs.
• Train and coach crew to meet Crisp standards.
• Develop future leaders and improve team performance.
• Maintain clean, organized line and proper equipment use.
• Ensure food safety practices and line temps are followed.
• Communicate menu, policy, and benefits changes clearly.
