Job summary

CRISP & GREEN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will mentor the #CRISPCrew, manage FOH and BOH, and help grow leaders from within.

The role emphasizes staff development, scheduling to control labor costs, and executing company marketing tactics to drive sales, while living the Crisp & Green brand every day.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of previous management/supervisory experience.
• 3 years customer service experience.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: management experience in restaurant industry.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• In charge of day-to-day operations and management of restaurant.
• Create an excellent guest experience with attention to detail.
• Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent with a focus on future leaders.
• Coach and remove low performers through documentation and feedback.
• Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule.
• Drive sales through execution of marketing tactics and promotions.
• Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand daily.
