Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to deliver an exceptional experience and ensure smooth in-store processes.
• Maintain food safety and restaurant cleanliness as a daily priority.
• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates and understand menu ingredients.
• Describe flavor profiles and dietary considerations to guests.
