Job summary

Crisp & Green is seeking a Service Lead to guide our front of house team, ensuring the crisp standard in food, service, and atmosphere. You will train and develop FOH staff, mentor crews, and coordinate daily operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have prior management/supervisory experience, strong customer service, and the ability to lift 50lbs and stand long hours in a fast-paced environment. Full-time with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous management/supervisory experience.
• 2 years customer service experience.
• Passion for living a healthy life.

Responsibilities

• In charge of day to day operations in the front of house.
• Build a positive atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and leave satisfied.
• Help recruitment and hiring for staffing needs.
• Train existing crew and new hires to deliver the crisp standard.
• Identify and develop future leaders.
• Manage food safety through line temps, handwashing and glove use.
