Job summary

Olive & Finch Collective, a Denver-based hospitality group, is seeking an energetic FOH Support at the DEN Airport location. This role blends greeting, seating, running food, bussing, and maintaining a pristine dining environment while representing Olive & Finch to passing travelers.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced airport setting, can pivot across front‑of‑house tasks, and is available on weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass federal background screening and fingerprinting for DEN airport badge.
• Experience in restaurant, bar, hosting, or fast-casual hospitality preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and cover all front-of-house roles with flexibility to pivot tasks.
• Ability to stay warm and professional under high passenger volumes and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement & Brand Ambassador: welcome travelers and explain the service flow between Olive & Finch concepts.
• Dynamic Service Pivot: run food, bussing, stocking, and table maintenance to maximize seating capacity.
• Cleanliness & Upkeep: maintain a sparkling dining area and adhere to health and safety procedures.
