Water Grill in Denver is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to support the management team in delivering friendly, knowledgeable guest service. This role is a stepping stone toward Management Training, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced seafood venue.

You'll learn service standards across workgroups, coach teammates, and contribute to a positive dining experience while developing leadership skills in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages with food.
• High school graduate, some college preferred.
• Experience as a supervisor or in lead roles is required.
• Food Handler Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening duties as assigned and to standard.
• Seat Guests promptly and courteously.
• Transfer guest checks between staff.
• Anticipate Guests' needs and respond promptly.
• Interact professionally with Guests and co-workers.
• Resolve guest concerns calmly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the guest areas.
• Guide the activities of the assigned assistants to ensure optimum service.
