Job summary

Parfait Paris in Del Mar Highlands, San Diego, is seeking a part-time FOH shift lead to warmly greet guests, upsell delicious French desserts, and manage cash and POS transactions. The role requires reliability, strong communication, and prior hospitality experience, with growth opportunities as the brand expands in the San Diego area.

Team members enjoy competitive hourly wages at $18 plus tips, plus a complimentary meal per shift and free parking.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers.
• Suggest and upsell French cuisines and desserts.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Open and close side work before/after shift.
• Place end-of-day orders on online platforms.
• Address and resolve customer complaints; maintain barista skills and prepare cappuccino, latte, espresso.
• Make crepes and sandwiches as needed.
