Qualifications

• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.

• Previous shift-lead experience is a plus.
• Must be available on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers.
• Suggest French cuisines and pastries to increase sales.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Open/close duties and end-of-day tasks.
• Place end-of-day orders on online platforms.
• Have barista skills (espresso, cappuccino, latte) and prepare crepes & sandwiches.
• Find coverage for shifts when needed.
• Be the point of contact when the Store Manager is absent.

• - Make crepes & sandwiches
• -Finding covers for shifts when needed
• -Be the point of contact when the Store Manager is not present
