Job summary

Parfait Paris in Del Mar Highlands, San Diego, is seeking a part-time FOH shift lead to warmly greet guests, upsell delicious French desserts, and manage cash and POS transactions. Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Hospitality or food service experience.
• At least one experience as shift lead and reliable punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers.
• Suggest and upsell French cuisines and desserts.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Open and close side work before/after shift.
• Place end-of-day orders on online platforms.
• Address and resolve customer complaints; maintain barista skills and prepare cappuccino, latte, espresso.
• Make crepes and sandwiches as needed.
