Parfait Paris in UTC Mall, La Jolla, is seeking a Store Coordinator to warmly welcome guests and assist with our French desserts. Located in UTC Mall, you will help ensure a top-notch dining experience and support daily operations during busy shifts.

The role requires reliable, weekends/holidays availability and hospitality or food service experience. You will handle cash/credit, manage opening/closing tasks, and contribute to growth as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and accurate cash handling.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Reliable, honest, and punctual with a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in hospitality or food service and shift leadership.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers warmly.
• Recommend French cuisines and desserts to increase sales.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Perform opening/closing side work before or after shifts.
• Place end-of-day orders on online platforms.
• Address customer concerns professionally.
• Prepare and serve crepes and sandwiches; basic barista tasks.
• Arrange coverage for shifts when needed.
• Act as point of contact when Store Manager is absent.
