Job summary

Harri.com is seeking a Manager-on-Duty to lead daily restaurant operations on assigned shifts, ensuring excellent service, strong team performance, and adherence to company standards in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires supervising staff, handling cash, maintaining food safety, coaching new hires, and communicating with management about performance and staffing needs. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is helpful.
