Job summary

The Americano, a modern Italian steakhouse from Clive Collective, seeks a Service Manager to lead Front of House and elevate the guest experience across shifts. You will coach staff, coordinate with host, bar, and kitchen, and model polished hospitality.

Open evenings, weekends, and holidays required; strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast, OpenTable, 7shifts, and Restaurant365 is preferred, with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities require strong leadership and communication
• Experience in hospitality/service is preferred
• Familiarity with front-of-house operations beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH operations during shifts with clear communication across service team
• Maintain visible floor presence and manage seating, pacing and course timing
• Ensure sanitation, liquor laws compliance, and adherence to policies
• Train and develop FOH staff on service standards and brand storytelling
• Collaborate with leadership on development plans and corrective actions
• Support VIP experiences, private dining, and events
