Homegrown Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced FOH Salary Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team across multiple South Carolina locations. You will guide scheduling, staffing, training, and guest service strategies to ensure exceptional experiences and efficient operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, performance coaching, and data-driven cost management to drive profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction across a diverse set of concepts.

• Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train FOH staff.
• Develop and implement training programs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Oversee daily FOH operations: scheduling, staffing, inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Monitor labor costs and F&B expenses.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and address concerns promptly.
• Train staff in guest service techniques.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvement strategies.
• Analyze financial reports to identify cost reduction and revenue growth opportunities.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.

The Homegrown Hospitality Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced FOH Salary Managerto lead our front-of-house team. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on manager who can inspire and motivate staff, ensure exceptional guest experience, and drive operational efficiency.

The Homegrown Hospitality Group consists of 9 different business concepts and over 15 locations located throughout South Carolina in Charleston, Columbia, and Myrtle Beach. Multiple concepts, multiple locations, one big family!
