Homegrown Hospitality Group is hiring dynamic bartenders to join our growing team across multiple concepts and locations in South Carolina. The role focuses on courteous, responsive service and delivering high-quality experiences for guests at the bar and lounge.

Responsibilities include crafting cocktails to spec, serving drafts and wines, taking orders, and supporting a collaborative team that engages guests and promotes upcoming events.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Alcohol Safety Certification; certification provided within first 7 days of training if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging and excellent service for all bar guests.
• Mix cocktails to spec and pour drafts and wine to spec.
• Describe beverages, take guest orders, and deliver food/drinks.
• Pre-bus and maintain the bar top and lounge tables during service.

• Process payments quickly and efficiently; work with the team to ensure smooth service.

The Homegrown Hospitality Group is lookingfor dynamic, outgoing and knowledgeable bartenders to add to our growing hospitality team who will provide courteous and responsive service while executing the highest quality of service for our guests. Surpass customers’ requests, needs, and preferences, while exceeding their expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing engaging and excellent service for all bar guests throughout their visit
• Mixing great cocktails to spec, pouring cold draft beer to spec, pouring wine to spec and making drinks in the service well for service staff
• Describing food/beverages to guests, taking guest orders and efficiently delivering food/drinks
• Pre-bus and maintain the bar top and surrounding lounge tables during service while attending to guests needs
• Deliver marketing initiatives and notify guests of upcoming events
• Quickly and efficiently accepting payment
• Teamwork with co-workers, adding to a culture of fun, and attendance of staff meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Alcohol Safety Certification, company provided within the first 7 days of training, if not already certified

SALARY RANGE

$2.13 - $7.25 / Hour (plus tips)
