Job summary

The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery (OMB) is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead Front of House operations at our Charlotte, NC location. In this hands-on role, you will drive guest experience, manage the FOH team, oversee the bar and beverage program, and control floor-level financials.

A senior hospitality leader, you thrive in busy shifts and take pride in exceptional guest service. Reporting to the General Manager, you will own staff development, scheduling, and service standards while ensuring

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management in high-volume, full-service settings.
• Proven ability to drive sales, uphold service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of NC liquor laws; ServSafe certification or ability to obtain on hire.
• Experience with POS, scheduling, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Front of House operations and guest experience on each shift.
• Manage floor team, conduct evaluations, coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee bar/beverage program and liquor cost controls.
• Administer POS, pricing updates and staff access; ensure deposits are accurate.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards; enforce employment policies.
