Job summary

The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery (OMB) is seeking a Server for its Ballantyne location. You will deliver excellent guest service, take orders, and assist guests in selecting food and beverages while collaborating with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth service.

Experience in hospitality is preferred, with a friendly, team-oriented attitude. The role offers full-time hours, growth opportunities, and benefits such as medical/dental/vision coverage and a beer stipend.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving or hospitality is preferred.
• Demonstrated positive attitude and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with attention to sanitation and order.
• Attend to guests upon arrival and greet them warmly.
• Present menus and help customers select food and beverages.
• Take and serve orders, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with a positive attitude.
• Process payments and handle bills efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
